Alleged Killers Of Truck Driver Kevin Johnson Arraigned, New Details Revealed

Flowerfield Township, Michigan – Three people charged in the death of 42-year-old truck driver Kevin Johnson of Floyd County, Kentucky, were arraigned on Monday.

Tyler McNeil, 20, Kayla Chaney, 24, and Theron Hunt, 40, were arraigned Monday, Nov. 19, at St. Joseph County District Court on charges of open murder, armed robbery and felony firearm, according to a press release from St. Joseph County Prosecutor’s Office. Investigators continue being tight-lipped so far in disclosing answers to key questions in this case.

However, Undersheriff Mark Lillywhite did disclose that the victim was in the area visiting family when he was robbed and murdered. Speculation has run rampant about why Johnson was parked in a residential neighborhood, and in front of a home police have said they have “had run ins” in the past with residents there.

Still, many questions remain unanswered and we will continue our investigation to bring you the latest details as soon as we get them.
