Argument Between Trucker and Female Passenger Leads to Wild Scene and Arrest
Logan County, OH – A passenger in a semi-truck was arrested this week for disorderly conduct after an argument led to items being thrown out of the truck while traveling down the roadway.
Multiple local outlets reported the incident occurred on Tuesday, August 25 around 5:30 p.m.
Officers from the Logan County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) were dispatched to U.S. Route 33 near the Logan/Auglaize County line following the report of someone throwing items out of an eastbound semi.
LCSO officials located the truck, driven by 44-year-old Damion Riddick of Ahoskie, NC, and pulled it over.
Also in the truck was passenger Michelle Connell, 45, of Fayetteville, NC.
Once stopped, authorities noted Riddick had a “white substance” on his face, which was later determined to be hair conditioner.
Riddick claimed Connell was his “ex-fiancée.”
According to Riddick, Connell “flipped out” when he refused to give her money.
He told officials she began throwing personal items out of the truck and also hit him with conditioner.
While questioning the driver and passenger, LCSO deputies allege Connell was yelling at Riddick.
