Washington D.C. – Today, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is hosting the second listening session regarding its newly proposed changes to hours of service (HOS) regulations.

The listening session is being conducted at the U.S. Department of Transportation in Washington, D.C. from 1-3 p.m. EST.

  1. As a 28 year veteran myself I totally agree with Mr Landis. I refuse to drive unsafe I too do what I need to do to stay safe. Thank you So Much Mr Landis for speaking up for the millions of us who cant. The road has more traffic and with the amount of people texting while driving it is More important than ever for us to have the flexibility to stay safe as we are the ones making the quick decisions on a moment by moment basis
