UPDATE: Trucker Charged With Sexual Assault After Teen Sends Texts For Help
UPDATE: Truck driver Kenneth Zehnder, 34, of Lexington, Michigan, has been charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct and is now being held in Stearns County, according to a new criminal complaint.
The alleged victim is described as a 15-year-old female.
According to officials, the girl indicated Zehnder raped her multiple times over the course of about a week.
The teen said Zehnder raped her Monday while she was sleeping after he parked at a rest stop between 7 and 7:30 a.m.
She texted 911 in Otter Tail County to report the alleged assaults at approximately 10:30 a.m. the same day.

His next court hearing is August 29th.
