Trucker-Inspired Burger Bistro Inside Truckstop Opens to Rave Reviews
Eloy, AZ – A brand new burger joint has opened in Arizona that pays homage to the men and women who drive America.
“Trucker Burger” is the brainchild (err… restaurant) of Pilot Company and its One9 Fuel Network, in collaboration with celebrity chef Tim Love.
The burger bistro boasts offerings of gourmet burgers and other diner classics, all “inspired by those who drive America.”
Love said he hopes the team has created a place where people want to “come hang out” and “have a sense of community.”
In an interview with local outlet Pinal Central, Love shared his vision to grow and improve the restaurant, which hosted its official grand opening last week.
“We’re going to try to continue to improve the space,” he promised. “I want to improve the lighting and have tables put outside and hang out outside. It’s beautiful here most of the time.”
In addition to a vintage atmosphere, the restaurant features six TVs on the walls, which Love hopes will be used to watch games as his guests dine in.
Trucker Burger is the latest restaurant to add to Love’s resume.
The accomplished culinary creator owns several eateries throughout Texas and has appeared on shows like “Good Morning America,” and Food Network’s “Iron Chef America.”
“I look for my food to really take people by surprise,” he said. “I don’t want subtle overtones in my flavors.”
In its first week of business, Trucker Burger has received glowing reviews from Eloy residents, including Mayor Micah Powell.
“This is good stuff,” Powell exclaimed. “This is good quality food.”
All of Trucker Burger’s cuisine is made from scratch using fresh ingredients, according to Love, and even includes a vegetarian burger option.
It’s meat, however, that is one of Love’s passions.

In fact, he considers himself a “meat master,” which diners can get a flavor of (no pun intended) in the restaurant’s offerings of gourmet burgers, griddled hot dogs, chicken and fish sandwiches, and stacked nachos.
As a side, indulge in the restaurant’s hand cut fries, buttermilk onion rings or tater tots.
