Trucker Now Offering $20,000 Reward in Search For Daughter Last Seen at Georgia Truck Stop
Gordon County, GA – A Georgia trucker searching for his missing 21-year-old daughter is now offering a reward of $20,000 to anyone who provides information leading to her safe return.
Eric Roberts of Dalton, GA, and owner of Eric Roberts Trucking, is not relenting in his quest for answers in the disappearance of his daughter, Keeslyn Noell Roberts, of Chatworth, GA.
Keeslyn was last seen on January 18, 2020, at a Flying J truck stop located at 288 Resaca Beach Blvd. in Resaca, GA.
The circumstances surrounding Keeslyn’s disappearance are highly suspicious, but Roberts, along with his wife Shannon, remain hopeful she is still alive.
Roberts recently told Transportation Nation Network (TNN) he and his wife are praying someone, somewhere will come forward with helpful information regarding her whereabouts, which is why he has increased the reward to $20,000.
TNN first brought you this heartbreaking story in February of last year.
Word quickly spread throughout the trucking community as our initial report was read more than 500,000 times in 24 hours and shared more than 100,000 times across TNN’s social media platforms.
In the weeks following our reporting, Roberts said he received numerous phone calls from truckers claiming to have seen a young women fitting Keeslyn’s description.
Unconfirmed sightings were reported at truck stops in multiple cities including South Bend, IN; Dallas, TX; and at a Flying J in Oklahoma City, OK.
Roberts again urged anyone who sees a woman fitting Keeslyn’s description to first call 9-1-1 or local authorities and also try to snap a photo of her and/or the vehicle she may be traveling in.
Since TNN’s last investigative report in March of 2020 detailing the discovery of new evidence at the Flying J, the case has since been turned over to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI).
Unfortunately, Roberts informed TNN this week the case has gone cold and despite his best efforts, GBI is not keeping him informed on the investigation.
“GBI is not communicating with me at all,” he lamented.
Roberts has pleaded with investigators to search the wooded area behind the Flying J which is owned by the truck stop giant.
According to Roberts, instead of attempting to obtain a warrant to search the property, GBI claims it is negotiating with Flying J’s legal team in order to facilitate such a search.
Those negotiations have been allegedly taking place since November of last year, but no search has yet been agreed to.
Keeslyn is described as 5’3″ tall weighing 120 pounds with blonde hair and blue/green eyes.
She has a tattoo of water with a sea turtle inside her lower right arm.
Both ear piercings have large gauges and even if they are removed, the holes may still be visible.
If you have any information regarding this case, you are urged to call Roberts at (706) 226-0069 or the Murray County Sheriff’s Office at (706) 695-4592.
